The staff and volunteers of Watersheds have access to ESRI ArcGIS and Adobe Creative Suite software, installed on laptops for portability. These resources have been utilized in conservation activities such as analyzing forest pest distribution, creating public information maps during wildfire events, assessing watershed conditions, and supporting many watershed education activities.

What we do

We support efforts to save wild places, protect endangered animals and plants, and understand dwindling natural resources. Through the work of our staff and volunteers, Watersheds provides GIS and online mapping, environmental monitoring, resource assessment and management, and environmental education services.
